In the Kotor Varoš municipality, much like in some other municipalities across Bosnia and Herzegovina, the issue of street dogs has grown to an incredible degree. Svjetlana (ceca) is a twenty-two-year-old girl/woman who has been dealing with this problem alone since her elementary school days. Ceca spends most of her time finding new dogs, and after a few health check-ups - which potentially lead to treatments - she gets them ready for the sterilization procedure, and finally the adoption program.
