CHIM looks like YEE’s first lover LAN. NAM calls for a meeting with the leaders from different cliques of the Good Way in order to select some new representatives for the Golden Seal Battle. YEE suggests selecting the traitors of each clique to be the new representatives but is told that he is not qualified to speak in the meeting. TANG has recovered but he looks worried. He tells YEE that he had killed a fellow apprentice in order to gain success and fame long time ago. YEE consoles him but it doesn’t work. TANG is so ashamed of himself that he finally commits suicide in Cliff Penitence. YEE bumps into CHIM in the cliff. CHIM admits to him that she is LAN. She tells him that she left YEE without saying a word because she had already been engaged to NAM before meeting him. SIK overhears their conversation.
