LA’s Chumbeh pop-up was such a success that Action is bringing it to New York City on this episode of FTD’s Road to the Restaurant. In collaboration with local eateries like Win Son and La Bicyclette, the crew curated the ultimate menu inspired by Action’s favorite dishes. Starters ranged from meatballs and sujuk to croquetas with smoked sujuk to zucchini salad and more. The main course featured savory dishes like chicken melise and a shuk burger.
