Beatrice and her partner Patrice opened a restaurant nearly two years ago in Notre-Dame-de-Vaulx, in Isère. Today, Beatrice calls upon Chef Philippe Etchebest because their situation is at its worst. Between the decoration, the dishes that don't really make you want to eat and especially a kitchen in a deplorable state, Philippe Etchebest found himself faced with a disoriented couple. To try to help them, the chef set up a new method: he asked the customers to rate their meal and he once again asked Mallory Gabsi, a former Top Chef candidate, to manage a big service with them.
