WEI SUM brings her mother-in-law YAU MEI from the monastery to stay at her home for several days. She finds that YAU MEI is still very upset about the where about of her second son CHEUNG CHUN. She therefore begs KIU CHING to fulfil YAU MEI's hope of seeing her son again before she passes away. The story is that YAU MEI has had no son of her own. She has adopted KIU CHING as his own son.
